CASE STUDY 4

DATA AND CORPORATE INNOVATION CAPACITY BUILDING

Precision Impact: Leveraging Corporate Partnerships and Cloud Technology.

THE CHALLENGE

Childhood hunger is often an invisible crisis. To deploy resources effectively, NGOs and governments must understand exactly where the gaps in meal coverage exist, particularly during vulnerable times like the summer months when schools are closed.

THE APPROACH

Solving complex logistical challenges requires private-sector innovation. Strength Global leans on corporate partnerships that go beyond traditional philanthropy. For data infrastructure, we utilized unified data analysis through Amazon Web Services (AWS) to map hunger hot spots and optimize our program reach. On the programmatic side, cause-marketing partnerships with brands like Kellanova (Nutri-Grain) and local retailers like King Soopers have been deployed to fund specific, high-need interventions, such as summer hunger programs.

THE IMPACT

By integrating enterprise-level data analysis, we can identify underserved neighborhoods with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring that donor capital is deployed where it has the highest impact. Furthermore, these corporate alliances demonstrate how companies can achieve "well-doing" (doing well by doing good), turning everyday consumer touchpoints into vital funding streams that ensure families have consistent access to food year-round.
